We are looking for a Credentialing Support Associate to join the Revenue Cycle team. In this role, you will provide administrative and data-entry support to the Credentialing team by managing and updating provider credentialing information, maintaining accurate digital records, tracking expirations and helping coordinate credentialing and recredentialing workflows. You’ll report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer and work cross-functionally to ensure compliance with payer, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
Your responsibilities
- Assist in compiling, updating and maintaining accurate credentialing data for all providers
- Organize and maintain electronic provider files, including licenses, DEA certifications, malpractice documentation and other required items
- Enter and update provider information in online credentialing systems, payer portals and internal databases
- Maintain corporate provider contract files and assist with document retrieval as necessary
- Assist Credentialing Specialists with initial credentialing, recredentialing and revalidation
- Ensure provider demographic information (including practice addresses) is current and accurate across all required electronic systems
- Assist with audits of credentialing files to ensure completeness and compliance
- Communicate with providers, payers and internal stakeholders via email, virtual meetings and messaging platforms (MS Teams) to obtain needed documents and clarify requirements
- Provide administrative support to the Credentialing team, including organizing digital documents, tracking tasks, and maintaining logs or spreadsheets
- Continue to expand and learn additional tasks related to credentialing as needs grow within CIVIE

You have
- High school diploma; Associate degree preferred
- Prior administrative, credentialing, healthcare or data entry experience
- Willingness to learn and build a process around onboarding new clients for payer claim enrollment and EFT enrollments

This is a remote position - the annual salary is $45,000.
