Clarity Behavioral Health is a clinician-founded outpatient mental health clinic serving individuals in the state of New Jersey. Our mission is to provide accessible, high quality care that addresses each of our clients individual needs. We improve access to care by working with insurance including Medicare and Medicaid. Our multidisciplinary team of prescribers and therapists offer mental health services, in-office and virtually, to patients of all ages.

About the Role

Clarity Behavioral Health is hiring! We’re looking for a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our diverse clinical team in delivering therapy in a collaborative, client-centered, and evolving environment. Qualifications

• Provisionally licensed (LSW, LAC, AMFT) or fully licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT-preferred) clinical therapist, current license in good standing in the state of New Jersey
• Experience working mental health settings, implementing evidence-based interventions
• Able to provide care to a diverse population, including children, adults, and other demographic groups.
• Highly organized, with the ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
