Our Expectations

Safety:

Safety is everyone’s responsibility. All employees are expected to actively participate in CES’s safety programs, speak up about safe/unsafe conditions, and always report incidents—no matter how minor. Every employee has both the right and the obligation to stop any work they believe is unsafe or unclear.

Professionalism & Client Interaction:

As a member of our field team, you are often the first point of contact with our clients. We expect professionalism, positivity, and strong representation of CES at all times. If you see opportunities to improve our work processes, we want you to raise them.

Teamwork & Work Ethic:

Project work requires attention to detail, thoughtful planning, and full participation from everyone on site. No one should remain idle when others are working. We expect employees to properly care for and maintain their equipment and to use downtime for maintenance or other improvement work.
