ClearStar is looking for a Manager of Operational Excellence to strengthen the way our organization delivers quality, efficiency, and reliable outcomes for our clients. This role leads a team of four to six specialists and plays a key part in building standardized processes, improving workflows, and ensuring operational consistency across the company.
The Manager of Operational Excellence will manage enterprise wide improvements that directly support our ability to move faster, work smarter, and deliver exceptional service.
