Role:

Senior Developer, Source to Pay

Location:

• Location: India – 100% remote
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 hour shift, 12:30 – 9:30 pm IST

What you'll do:

• Design and implement data integration solutions to connect ERP systems, procurement platforms, and other business applications using tools such as Alteryx, Azure Data Factory, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop robust, scalable workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery across financial and operational data sources.
• Build and manage automated processes to reduce manual effort and improve data quality, using technologies such as RPA, Python scripting, or low-code platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and drive end-to-end solution delivery.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to drive insights and enable self-service analytics for business users.
• Conduct testing and validation of data pipelines, integrations, and analytics solutions to ensure accuracy, performance, and alignment with business needs.
• Support deployment and maintenance of digital solutions across environments, ensuring version control, documentation, and user adoption.
• Continuously monitor and optimize digital solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement in speed, efficiency, and user experience.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance or a related field
• 4+ years of finance management consulting experience with functional knowledge of ERP, finance and accounting concepts
• Demonstrated ETL tool or programming experience (Python, R, SQL or SAS)
• Certified in Microsoft Fabric

Nice-to-Haves:

• Certified in other digital finance tools (Alteryx, CORE, PowerBI, Tableau)
• Experience supporting US based clients
• Ability to develop executive level presentations to communicate complex issues and recommendations across processes, systems and people.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and projects
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

• This role is full-time and will be employed through an Employer of Record (EOR). The name of the EOR is DEEL. Clearsulting will direct day‑to‑day responsibilities, while DEEL will serve as the legal employer and handle all administrative employment responsibilities, including: payroll, statutory benefits, and compliance.

The compensation range for this position is $28-39 LPA. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based on upon several factors, including, level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background and alignment with industry standards. This role is eligible for our bonus program.
