Senior Accountant

Our Mission: 


At Clicklease, we have a clear purpose - to fulfill the capital needs of underserved entrepreneurs and their Main Street Businesses. We achieve this mission through simple, fast, and innovative equipment leasing solutions. This is not just a statement; it's the driving force behind everything we do.


Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 annual rate plus 10% bonus based on knowledge, skills, and experience

Modality: Hybrid (up to three days of WFH based on performance) West Valley, Utah.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST


What you'll be doing

  • Participating in all aspects of month-end close and conducting close analysis
  • Assisting with the preparation of miscellaneous bank reports
  • Supporting approval workflows and processing payments
  • Researching and resolving out-of-balance situations between the general ledger and sub-ledgers
  • Performing account reconciliations and ensuring timely resolution of variances
  • Providing ad hoc financial reporting and data analysis as needed
  • Assisting with bank, financial, and tax audits by preparing schedules and documentation
  • Documenting and monitoring internal controls to support compliance requirements
  • Contributing to the development of new or enhanced accounting systems, programs, and procedures


What you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment


What will make you stand out

  • Progress toward a Master’s degree in Accounting or an MBA
  • 3+ years of public accounting experience or 5+ years of accounting experience
  • Experience in the leasing or finance industry
  • Familiarity with accounting-related software, including QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Divvy, Expensify

  • Ability to process, analyze, and interpret financial data accurately
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions, including policies, technical documentation, and compliance guidelines
  • Ability to adhere to a structured work schedule and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with data security protocols
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and use digital tools required for essential job functions
  • Ability to multitask, manage changing priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to communicate effectively through email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
