About the Position: This permanent full-time position works to support children and youth in a community group home in Coaldale, Alberta. Your primary responsibility is to provide awake and proactive overnight supervision. Utilizing the Teaching Family Model as a holistic approach, you will develop safe, stable relationships and teach skills that increase self-efficacy, with the goal of children and youth living and thriving in their families and communities.
