About the Role:


The Marketing Operations Specialist at Closinglock will manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, primarily HubSpot, WordPress, and Google Analytics. This role involves analyzing data to drive campaign efficiency, supporting lead management, and streamlining marketing processes to ensure compliance and maximize effectiveness. You'll be a key player in ensuring our marketing efforts are data-driven and impactful.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations to ensure seamless lead flow and campaign execution. HubSpot, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Oversee lead management processes, including lead scoring, segmentation, and routing, to enhance sales and marketing alignment.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline marketing workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all marketing operations comply with data privacy regulations and industry best practices to maintain high deliverability and engagement rates.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years marketing operations experience. Ideally in a B2B Saas environment
  • Expert proficiency in HubSpot, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Forecasting & Planning
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or other HubSpot adjacent systems a strong plus


This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
