Closinglock was founded in 2017 by Andy White, CEO, and his wife, Abigail White. The company is headquartered in Austin, TX, with an office in downtown Austin. Today the company has grown to 35+ employees across product & engineering, sales, partnerships, customer success, marketing, and finance.

What We Are Looking For:  This Sales Development Manager will play a pivotal role in helping shape and grow our GTM team. This candidate will have a hunger to develop others, be a strategic thinker, and have a successful background in a SaaS sales role. You will: 

  • Manage a team of Sales Development Reps and SMB Account Executives as they grow our customer base and expand our outbound sales strategy;

  • Work with SDRs and AEs in managing the strategic direction of customer accounts;

  • Use data to evaluate our outbound prospecting strategy and identify the most relevant opportunities;

  • Help build and lead our outbound prospecting motion, and its success;

  • Run the onboarding process for new SDRs and AEs, guiding them through a certification process

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years experience in SaaS Sales Development, previous experience managing an SDR team is a plus;

  • The desire to manage the professional development of SDRs and AEs as they progress in their careers;

  • A desire to work at an early stage company and have a significant influence in our Go-to-market approach;

  • Proficiency in sales tools like Clari, Salesforce, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.


This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
