Position Overview:

The Proposal Analyst supports the proposal and bid management lifecycle by assisting in the preparation, coordination, and submission of high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders. The role works closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, and Leadership teams to ensure proposals are well-structured, compliant, and aligned with client requirements.

The Proposal Analyst contributes to the development of compelling proposal content, maintains proposal repositories, and ensures consistency, quality, and timely submission of responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Coordination & Bid Support
  • Support the end-to-end proposal process by coordinating with internal stakeholders, tracking timelines, assisting in bid planning, and ensuring all proposal inputs and documentation are compiled and submitted within client deadlines.

Proposal Development & Content Management

  • Draft, edit, and structure proposal content including executive summaries, company overview, capability statements, and value propositions while maintaining centralized repositories, templates, and ensuring consistency in formatting, messaging, and version control.

Pricing & Commercial Coordination

  • Assist in consolidating pricing inputs, maintaining cost sheets and commercial documentation, and coordinating with Sales and Finance teams to ensure alignment with deal strategy and internal approval processes.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Review proposal submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, compliance with RFP requirements, adherence to internal governance standards, and inclusion of all required documentation, certifications, and declarations.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Coordinate communication across cross-functional teams and partners during the proposal lifecycle while contributing to post-bid analysis, maintaining knowledge repositories, and identifying opportunities to improve proposal processes and templates.

Qualifications:

Technical & Business Understanding

  • Basic understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, cloud technologies, and enterprise solution offerings with the ability to translate technical inputs into clear business-oriented proposal language.

Tools & Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint or document management tools, Salesforce CRM or similar systems, and collaboration or tracking tools such as Smartsheet.

Communication & Organization

  • Strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple proposal activities simultaneously while effectively coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
