Position Overview


We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate high-quality leads and fuel our sales pipeline in the Public Sector. You'll prospect via calls, emails, and social media to identify and qualify new business opportunities. If you have 4+ years of B2B lead generation experience, a proven track record in hitting targets, and expertise in the North American market—especially with BANT and appointment setting—this is your chance to grow with a dynamic, fast-paced team.


Key Responsibilities

  • To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives.
  • Our Business Development Representative (BDR) team is part of our wider Sales Business, focusing on generating new business and whitespace pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities with the goal of closing won business.
  • You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced team with varied future customers and personalized training and career opportunities. The Representative will be responsible for the development of the lead generation program and nurturing outbound/inbound sales lead campaigns for the Public Sector.
  • Responsible for generating leads through search engines, phone calls, social media, and emails. Appointment
  • Generation / Highly Qualified Leads / BANT Leads / Demand Generation Leads.

Duties

  • Research, track, maintain, and update leads.
  • Make outgoing calls to develop new business opportunities.
  •  Email marketing and contact prospects to qualify leads.
  •  Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects.
  •  Research and maintain lead generation database.
  •  Conduct customer research.
  •  Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads.
  •  Participate in the preparation of proposals and/or sales presentations.
  •  Provide accurate and timely information to management.
  •  Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products or services to facilitate the lead generation process.
  •  Flexible to work on multiple campaigns with market knowledge and understanding.


Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Experience with cold calling.
  • Experience with research and maintaining databases.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in using CRM.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Experience working with the Public Sector or on Salesforce or Cat A campaigns will be an added advantage.
