Key responsibilities:
· Develop and customize Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL) to meet business requirements and enhance service delivery.
· Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration tools.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Field Service teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
· Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
· Maintain and optimize FSL configurations, including service territories, scheduling policies, service resources, and mobile workforce management.
· Conduct regular system performance reviews and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure seamless Salesforce Field Service operations.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, development standards, and deployment procedures.
· Support deployment activities and post-deployment testing in coordination with QA and business teams.
· Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features, especially within the Field Service domain, and proactively suggest enhancements.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
· Salesforce Developer Certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II).
· Salesforce Field Service Certificate is mandatory.
· Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce development and customization.
· Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Field Service Lightning.
· Proven track record of successful Salesforce project implementations and deployments.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
