About this Position


Cloud at Work, a premier provider of cloud solutions and hosting services, is seeking a skilled Cloud Azure Engineer to join our growing infrastructure team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Windows Operating Systems. Job Responsibilities


As a Cloud Azure Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and expanding our Azure and global cloud infrastructure. You will:

  • Manage and maintain client-hosted solutions and internal infrastructure in Microsoft Azure, serving as an escalation point for service delivery teams.
  • Develop, implement, and document standardized processes and templates to streamline the provisioning and management of Azure resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to lead technical projects and architect scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions.
  • Ensure configuration, compliance, and standards for all Microsoft environments align with best practices in security, reliability, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions in Azure and VMware cloud environments.
  • Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and other tools.
  • Be an escalation resource for Azure environments and related technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and mentor team members on best practices.
  • Continuously improve processes, identify efficiencies, and contribute to a culture of innovation.


Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure-focused infrastructure, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions.
  • Expertise in Windows Server management, networking, load balancing, and storage.
  • Experience in automation using PowerShell; additional IaC experience is a bonus.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple vendors and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and business teams at all levels.
  • Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and hybrid cloud solutions.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and cost optimization in cloud environments.
  • Passion for learning and implementing emerging technologies.
  • AZ-104, AZ-140, AZ-800 and AZ-801, and/or AZ-305 preferred.

Compensation and Benefits


Base salary range: TBD.

This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
