We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in sourcing qualified opportunities and building a strong pipeline to support our growth objectives. Job Description:
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Executive to drive the top-of-funnel pipeline for Cloudtech’s consulting services. You will own outbound outreach across a defined list of target accounts, engage prospects through multi-channel campaigns, and coordinate closely with our AWS counterparts to build a joint pipeline. This is a front-line role for someone who thrives on volume, velocity, and the challenge of opening doors at mid-market and enterprise organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Outreach: Execute outbound campaigns to 200+ contacts daily via phone, email, and LinkedIn across assigned account lists.
- Account-Based Prospecting: Research and prioritize target accounts, map key stakeholders, and develop tailored messaging that resonates with technical and business buyers.
- Appointment Setting: Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for Cloudtech’s consulting leadership, ensuring a smooth handoff with context and notes.
- AWS Partner Coordination: Collaborate with AWS Partner Development Managers (PDMs), Account Managers, and ProServe teams to align on joint opportunities and co-sell motions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM, track outreach activity and conversion metrics, and report weekly on pipeline contribution.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on AWS services, cloud trends, and competitor positioning to sharpen your outreach and discovery conversations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a high-volume outbound role (OR) a demonstrated passion for tech sales with a willingness to learn fast.
- Comfort with high-volume daily outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and a metrics-driven mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, you can craft a compelling cold email and hold a sharp discovery call.
- Familiarity with outreach and prospecting tools such as Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Curious about cloud computing, AWS, and the technology consulting space.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Prior experience within the AWS Partner ecosystem or another cloud partner network (Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of cloud services, migration, DevOps, or AI/ML concepts at a conversational level.
- Experience selling into technical buyers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Cloud Architects).
- Existing knowledge of AWS co-sell programs, APN, or MDF/joint marketing motions.

65,000 - 90,000 USD per year (HQ)
