We are currently hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team in India. This role begins with a 3-month internship period, allowing you to learn and excel in our sales processes. Post-internship, based on performance, the position will transition into a full-time, in-office role at International Tech Park, Kharadi, Pune.
Job Description
We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team as an SDR Intern. During the internship period, you’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing qualified opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and supporting the growth of the company. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, high-growth organization.

- Duration: 3 months
- Stipend: ₹25,000 per month

Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct 50 to 100 outbound activities daily, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Screen and qualify outbound leads through discovery calls and effective communication.
- Collaborate with the Account Executive team to execute targeted prospecting strategies.
- Maintain the sales pipeline, provide accurate reporting, and coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Support Sales and Customer Success teams for a seamless customer onboarding process.
- Achieve daily and weekly activity metrics, contributing to the company’s rapid growth.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with prospects.
- Ambitious, goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed targets.
- Graduation in any discipline.
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred (familiarity with AWS is a plus).
- Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM tools is a bonus.
- B2B sales or business solutions experience is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.
