About the Role:

This role is ideal for a creative designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to refine their skills in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator. You'll work closely with the Design Lead to create and enhance visual assets, including pitch decks, marketing collaterals, Presentations, Social Media Posts, Newsletters, and etc. A strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential for success.
This position is perfect for someone passionate about design and looking to grow in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
Desired Profile:
- Passionate and smart graphic designer with a strong, diverse portfolio showcasing experience across various mediums.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Organized, systematic, and able to execute tasks under tight deadlines.
- Interested in a collaborative environment to enhance design sensibilities and skills.
- Experience in graphic design with an understanding of UX.
- Strong visual design skills in typography, colour, layout, hierarchy, iconography, and illustration.
- Multidisciplinary mindset with a continuous learning approach.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Organized, prompt, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Design Lead and key stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop concepts.
- Quickly iterate on feedback to implement work effectively.
- Help shape project strategies, goals, and processes.
- Create required design collateral systematically and efficiently.
- Conceptualize and design pitch decks using Figma,, Google Slides, and MS PowerPoint.
- Edit and refine digital assets using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Ability to understand content and translate it into compelling visuals.
- Design and edit digital newsletters in MailChimp.
Pluses:
- Good to have hands on design software, After Effects, Premiere Pro
Qualification:
- Any graduate from Design school, Engineering college, or a Media/Communication program.
- Minimum 1 year of experience if not graduated from a design college (exceptions may be made for candidates with a diverse portfolio).
