About the role

We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team. This role is ideal for a passionate leader who thrives on coaching, developing talent, and creatively achieving ambitious revenue targets. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategies, optimizing sales performance through analytics and insights, and building a high-performing, collaborative sales culture aligned with CampBrain’s mission and values. They will also step in and lead by example when it comes to closing tactics and deal management. 


What you'll do


Leadership & Coaching 

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Account Executives to exceed individual and team goals. 
  • Foster a growth-oriented, supportive culture that encourages learning, collaboration, and accountability. 
  • Provide ongoing coaching focused on skill development, deal strategy, and performance improvement. 

Strategy & Execution 

  • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets. 
  • Identify and implement best practices in sales process optimization, forecasting, and pipeline management. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align go-to-market efforts and ensure a seamless customer journey. 
  • Use CRM and analytics tools to track performance metrics, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on insights. 
  • Build strong relationships with relevant organizations and conferences that support brand credibility and presence.  
  • Explore and adopt sales tools to drive efficiency alongside sales growth.  

Growth & Team Building 

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales talent to support CampBrain’s growth objectives. 
  • Design raining programs, and performance metrics that motivate and empower the team. 
  • Champion experimentation and creative problem-solving to unlock new growth opportunities. 

Customer & Market Insight 

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategy. 
  • Build relationships with key clients and strategic partners to drive business expansion and brand advocacy. 
  • Build sales AI strategy for tech stack and sales efficiency  

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or management role (SaaS experience preferred). 
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving team performance through data-driven strategies. 
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills with a passion for developing people. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage metrics and KPIs to inform decision-making. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. 
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. 
  • Familiarity with SFDC and sales analytics tools.

Compensation 

Salary: $80,000-$100,000 - this position is is eligible for commission
Paid Vacation: 4 weeks (increases to 5 weeks after 2 years)
