WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Senior QA Engineer you will be part of one of our small technical teams and you will get to work on exciting projects that are disrupting the Golf industry, be able to explore new technologies and be given all the tools you need to carry out your role.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and define test objectives, scope, and timelines.

• Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to validate software functionality, performance, and security.

• Execute manual and automated tests to verify software functionality, detect defects, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Analyze test results and quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to testing processes, methodologies, and tools.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools to improve  efficiency and scalability of testing processes.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between testing activities and project goals, priorities, and timelines.

WHAT YOU BRING 

Minimum 6 years of experience in manual testing and hands-on test automation.

Manual Testing: Solid experience in writing, executing, and reviewing test cases.

Automation Expertise: 

• Should have good experience in Selenium with Python
• Strong knowledge of Java, Cucumber, BDD, and Gherkin.

• Experience in implementing automation test cases.

Database Knowledge: 

• ·    Proficiency in SQL
• QA Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies and defect life cycle.
• Backend/Rest APIs testing - automation - using Postman Test Cases
• Cross-Browser and Cross-Devices – Testing
• Regression and Stress Testing (basic idea is enough, like Jmeter etc)
• Basic Security Testing idea, like -  XSS injection, DDOs  [Good to have ]
• CI/CD & Tools: Exposure to Jenkins and integrating test automation into pipelines.
• Knowledge on version control and build management tools (Git, Maven/Gradle)
• Basic Security Testing idea, like -  XSS injection, DDOs  [Good to have ]
• Experience supporting complex ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills – you will need to communicate clearly and proactively to deliver  your projects 
• Strong analysis and design skills – you will work directly with product owners, we don’t believe  in the intermediate analyst role 
• You learn very fast and independently – our platform grows very quickly and we adopt new  architectures and technologies quickly
