What You'll Do
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll join the Revenue Team and work with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams to drive new revenue through top of funnel sales activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cold call into our database of leads and partner clients and attempt to set meetings for sales reps
- Create and execute sales cadences in Hubspot, including email/text/voice campaigns
- Respond to inbound leads with urgency
- Be the ‘tip of the spear’ of our sales organization, representing Coalmarch as the first impression with future clients
- Continually learn about Coalmarch services, the Pest and Green industries
- Execute 150 activities per day through email/text automation and cold-calling
Qualifications
