What You'll Do:

• Design and deliver interactive dashboards that effectively communicate data insights to a diverse audience.
• Analyze organizational data across various domains, including operations, product performance, workforce, expenditures, and revenue.
• Develop and manage comprehensive business intelligence solutions tailored to the organization’s needs.
• Research, develop, and implement cutting-edge data-gathering methods.
• Build and maintain data pipelines that integrate data from various sources, such as AWS S3, relational, and non-relational databases.
• Extract and manipulate data from APIs using Python, ensuring seamless integration with existing databases.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and management to identify and implement improvement strategies.
• Utilize Linux for setting up cron jobs, automating tasks, and managing deployments.
• Demonstrate experience or a strong desire to build BI applications using frameworks like Django.
• Perform daily system analytics to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data engineering, and database management.
• Proficiency in SQL and non-SQL databases, along with experience in handling data from APIs.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, and Tableau.
• Solid experience in Python for data extraction, manipulation, and integration.
• Experience in Linux for task automation, setting up cron jobs, and deployments.
• Advanced skills in Google Spreadsheets or Excel.
• Familiarity with frameworks like Django for building BI applications is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical acumen.
• Proficient in documentation and report generation.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
