The Field Mechanic - Avionics Electrician is a critical member of the maintenance team, responsible for supporting the maintenance and repair of large helicopters, their components, and required ground support equipment. This role combines hands-on troubleshooting and repair of aircraft electrical and avionics systems with strict adherence to company maintenance procedures and Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs). The position requires specialized avionics expertise to identify airworthiness issues, perform inspections, and promptly report discrepancies to the immediate supervisor. Success in this role demands a detail-oriented, safety-focused professional with a strong understanding of aviation maintenance standards and regulatory compliance.
