The Customer Service Representative (OSCC Operator) will coordinate efforts and expedite customer aircraft support of internal and external customers. You will monitor and direct support solutions for Operations; responsible for documenting execution of aircraft Maintenance and Inspection programs.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Aircraft Support:

  • Assist in supporting maintenance activities and inspections, update configuration as needed and maintain inventory correspondence with field crews.
  • Responds to field needs regarding documentation and data issues, maintaining customer satisfaction in every step of the service delivery.
  • Assist customers with parts sales, part leases, part repairs, troubleshooting, and communication on the status of requests.

AOG Aircraft support:

  • Initiate and update systems in order to expedite and document AOG solutions. This involves many aspects of the company and will be orchestrated with Maintenance Control.

Data Analysis/Investigation/Problem Solving:

  • Audit and analyze field entered data (flight time, maintenance, etc.) for accuracy and correct when necessary.
  • Audit and analyze RAMCO and HeliBase for potential issues. Recognize and correct errors in the RAMCO system.
  • Understand and deal with many types of data-related issues. Adapt to ongoing RAMCO changes with a strong willingness to learn.

Communication/Processes:

  • Communicate with Field crews to maintain aircraft readiness based on multiple inputs. Continuous awareness of all company vehicle locations and mission will be maintained.
  • Constantly strives to identify and eliminate waste in an effort to improve quality/safety, decrease lead time and reduce aircraft operating costs.
  • Receives contact in several forms indicating a user support request, strong communication skills will be used to resolve issues. The requests may involve working with other resources and vendors to deliver effective support services. You will then provide ongoing technical support and follow up with clients.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Ability to navigate the tools used to monitor our Maintenance, Flight Operations, Supply Chain, ERP and Customer Requirements and make independent decisions based on OSCC procedures.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills. Must have the ability to effectively communicate in a Professional manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to present ideas, concepts and proposals with a wide range of audiences at all levels both internal and external to the company.
  • Proactively solves problems and makes sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential functions of the job.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills demonstrating the ability to work independently as well as in a team oriented setting on various projects with multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Must meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) as a U.S. Person.
