We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to cover a maternity leave and help us scale our pipeline by driving measurable results through digital campaigns, SEO, content, and automation.


This role is a contract position to cover a maternity leave, but there may be an opportunity for it to transition into a full-time permanent role depending on performance and business needs.

The Responsibilities 


Think Big: Develop strategies that expand Collabware’s digital presence and drive measurable growth across the entire funnel.


Embrace and Drive Change: Experiment with new tools, platforms, and tactics to continuously improve pipeline performance and marketing ROI.

Grow Together: Collaborate with Sales and Product to align campaigns with ICPs, messaging, and business needs.


Make It Happen: Execute, measure, and optimize paid and organic campaigns—driving SQLs and improving conversion rates.


Passion for Customer Success: Craft campaigns and content that highlight real customer challenges and demonstrate the value of Collabware’s solutions.

 

The Actions 

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns (paid ads, organic content, email sequences)
  • Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads: campaign setup, keyword research, bidding, budget allocation, and performance optimization
  • Build and optimize landing pages (CMS-based) with strong keyword-message alignment and CRO best practices
  • Implement A/B testing for ads, copy, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates
  • Develop and scale SEO & AIO strategies to improve organic visibility and lead quality
  • Create B2B content including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, blog posts, and sales enablement material
  • Manage and improve marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution with UTM parameters, Google Tag Manager, and CRM hygiene
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, lead quality, CPL, CAC, and ROI across paid and organic channels
  • Conduct competitive PPC analysis and market research to identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales to refine ICPs, assess lead quality, and align on pipeline goals
  • Manage social media presence (LinkedIn focus for B2B audience)
  • Support multi-touch campaign orchestration combining paid, organic, and email marketing


Key Skills 

  • Strong digital campaign management skills (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
  • Skilled in keyword research, bidding strategies, and SEM optimization
  • Experience creating and optimizing CMS-based landing pages (Squarespace preferred)
  • Hands-on knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot)
  • Strong SEO and AIO expertise with experience improving organic rankings
  • Excellent written communication for content creation and ad copywriting
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to track, measure, and report performance
  • Comfortable with campaign attribution, ROI/ROAS analysis, and funnel optimization
  • Basic graphic design and visual content creation skills are a plus


Experience and Qualifications 

  • 3–5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably in enterprise software or compliance/records management
  • Proven track record generating SQLs through integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience with full-funnel marketing: awareness → lead generation → nurturing → conversion
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and conversion tracking tools
  • Experience developing and scaling SEO/AIO strategies
  • Strong background in paid digital advertising and performance measurement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)


Role Expectations 

First Month 

  • Get familiar with Collabware’s ICP, messaging, and current digital channels
  • Audit existing campaigns, landing pages, and SEO strategy
  • Build relationships with Sales, Product, and Customer Success


First Few Months 

  •  Launch and optimize first integrated paid campaign (Google + Microsoft Ads + landing page + nurture)
  • Develop initial SEO/AIO roadmap and begin implementation
  • Improve tracking and reporting workflows for attribution and funnel visibility

First Year 

  • Consistently generate SQLs through high-performing digital campaigns
  • Establish scalable SEO/AIO and paid media programs that drive sustainable growth
  • Build a marketing engine that aligns with Sales goals and delivers measurable ROI

The Hiring Process

  3. Next, you will be invited to a 90-minute behavioral & skills interview with the Marketing Manager of the team. Here, we’ll dive a bit more into your experiences and run through sample scenarios. This will also be a great opportunity to ask all your questions to the team!


  4. The next step in the process is a Team Fit Interview, where you will get a chance to meet a diverse group of your potential future colleagues! We take a great deal of pride in the culture we are trying to foster, and we want to make sure you’ll fit right in. Bring all the questions you can think of about the team!


  5. The final stage – a one-on-one meeting with our CEO. Here, you’ll chat about the role and the company vision. If you are in the Vancouver area, this meeting will typically be done over lunch.

The pay range for this role is:

72,000 - 90,000 CAD per year (Head Office)
