Summary

The Customer Operations Department is looking for Technical Marketing Specialist to help us inform and excite engineers about our software, HyperX. In this role, you will translate complex technical concepts into online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for our software.

We are a small company, so you will wear many hats and work closely with cross-functional teams, including software, engineering, and content, to create and manage campaigns that reach and convert target audiences.


Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related. Additional experience in a technical field is preferred.
  • An interest in technical and engineering concepts, and communicating those concepts
  • Experience designing and analyzing marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in SEO strategies
  • Social media management abilities
  • Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • US Citizen.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Describe the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role
  • Develop and execute technical marketing strategies to support software releases, new features, and ongoing campaigns
  • Translate complex engineering concepts into accessible and engaging messaging for target audiences via website, social media, and email platforms
  • Collaborate with software and engineering teams to understand product features, capabilities, and differentiators
  • Support customer-facing teams with input on technical collateral, presentations, and customer-facing materials
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and messaging
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to refine marketing strategies
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, display, social media, email, and SEO
  • Develop and maintain email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
