About the role:

COMBASE USA is seeking a bilingual Marketing Coordinator (German/English) to support marketing efforts across both our U.S. and German operations. In this role, you will coordinate closely with our colleagues at Combase AG to manage content, websites, lead generation, and brand presence in the German market. You’ll also support social media management and contribute to marketing strategy and execution across both regions.

The role follows a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM PT, to ensure alignment with European business hours. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with international teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead communication and coordination with relevant individuals from Combase AG
• Lead weekly meetings with relevant individuals from Combase AG
• Manage content and website operations for Combase AG
• Work with a designer and coder to assist in building out marketing materials and the German version of koronapos.com
• Manage and monitor traffic and lead generation for Combase AG
• Manage social media accounts for both Combase USA and Combase AG
• Research new channels and avenues for lead generation in the German market
• Take steps to define branding and brand authority in the German market
• Adjust duties and approaches as necessary as Combase marketing becomes more established in the German market

Requirements:

• Fluency in both German and English, written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging across cultures
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable collaborating with international teams across time zones

Additional skills and experience which are considered helpful for this position:

• Experience creating marketing content in both German and English
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Comfortable using a basic marketing tech stack (e.g., WordPress, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.)
