We’re looking for a motivated associate / strategist to join our fully remote team.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is excited by complex technology and interested in how communications can be a strategic lever to help businesses wins. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds and being embedded in your clients’ teams as a trusted partner. You’ll excel at managing tasks, supporting campaigns, thinking outside the box, and collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.

What You Bring

  • 1-4 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail in grammar and language.
  • Ability to tailor content for different audiences, including internal stakeholders, media, and partners.
  • Organizational and time management skills to support multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative, solve problems, and contribute to team success.
  • Interest in learning the business and technology media landscape and developing strategies for successful media placements.
  • Ability to work well in a fully remote environment and communicate effectively across virtual platforms.
  • Experience contributing to client meetings and deliverables; media relationships are a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to stretch and grow: COMMAND values those who take on new challenges and share what they learn.
