This is a 100% remote position


About your new role:


As a Customer Success Coordinator, your main focus will be building strong relationships with current customers. You’ll regularly check in with them, lead simple business review calls, and make sure they’re getting the most value from CommandLink’s services. Your goal is to help customers stay happy, encourage upgrades, renewals and new products, and support our low cancellation rate. You’ll work closely with leadership that’s committed to helping you grow and succeed in your career. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Get to know CommandLink’s technology and support approach so you can confidently talk to customers and answer their questions.
  • Use our software to regularly check in with your assigned customers, understand their needs, and help grow the relationship.
  • Work with your assigned customers to identify renewal, upgrades, changes, additional products and/or services.
  • Learn and use tools like our CRM (customer database), quoting system, and reporting dashboards to stay organized and hit your goals.
  • Contribute to a positive, fast-moving work environment that values teamwork, growth, and customer success.

What you'll need for success:

  • At least 1 year working with customers, preferably in sales, account management, or customer support.
  • You’re clear, calm, and confident when talking with customers—including on video calls or in presentations.
  • You take initiative, follow up without being asked, and aren't afraid to pick up the phone.
  • Friendly, trustworthy, and good at building relationships with others quickly.
  • You can learn new software and processes without much hand-holding.
  • You like to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
