Role Overview:


We are seeking an Senior Marketing Leader to lead and implement our Marketing Program. In this role, you will develop personalized, data-driven campaigns that engage key decision-makers at target accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals and close collaboration with sales teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute ABM Campaigns: Identify and target high-value accounts, mapping key decision-makers and tailoring content to their needs.
  • Digital Strategy: Oversee content creation, LinkedIn advertising, cross-platform retargeting, and influencer collaborations to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Measure KPIs, including engagement rates, pipeline contribution, account coverage, and ROI, to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Content Marketing: Lead the creation of thought leadership and educational materials like whitepapers, case studies, and blogs to resonate with target audiences.
  • Paid Advertising: Manage LinkedIn ads and retargeting campaigns across platforms to maximize visibility and conversion.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) with a proven track record of success in high-value B2B markets.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure KPIs and optimize campaigns.
  • Proficiency with marketing technology stacks, intent data, and predictive analytics.
  • Expertise in content marketing, LinkedIn ads, and digital engagement strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to align with sales teams and stakeholders.

Commandlink hires individuals in a number of geographic regions and the pay ranges listed reflect the cost of labor across these regions. The base pay for this position as displayed at the bottom of the job description is a range based on our lowest geographic region, up to our highest geographic region. Pay is based on location among other factors, such as skill-set, experience, and qualifications held.

The pay range for this role is:

110,000 - 175,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
