About your new role:


As CommandLink’s Technical Recruiter, you’ll work alongside Software, Product, Engineering and other departments to drive full-cycle recruitment across multiple teams. This is more than sourcing and scheduling – it’s about executing a streamlined, efficient process that identifies and attracts candidates who will thrive in our fast-paced environment. With your insights into the latest recruiting trends and tech tools, you’ll help refine our candidate journey, ensuring a smooth, impactful experience at every stage. This is a 100% Remote, Full-Time opportunity.  


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage every stage of the hiring process, from sourcing and prescreening to interview coordination and offer extensions.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline, leveraging diverse channels to find high-potential candidates for roles across CommandLink.
  • Identify areas for improvement across the recruitment workflow, from scheduling and prescreens to feedback loops, ensuring an efficient and collaborative hiring process across teams.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments to gauge candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and potential to thrive in CommandLink’s unique environment.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers across teams to align on role requirements, interview criteria, process, and candidate expectations.
  • Explore and employ AI-driven and other innovative tools to enhance sourcing and candidate communication while retaining a human, personalized touch.
  • Use metrics and feedback to continuously optimize recruitment efforts and share insights that support hiring goals and improve the candidate experience.


What you'll need for success:

  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on technical roles within SaaS and web applications in fast-paced, startup environments. Previous experience in an Agency setting is also desirable.
  • Proven success in sourcing, engaging, and closing high-quality candidates across technical disciplines.
  • Familiarity with recruiting technologies and AI tools to enhance efficiency and engagement without losing the personal touch.
  • Skilled at building rapport with candidates and internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment at each recruitment stage.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to meet team hiring goals and streamline recruitment processes that support growth and scalability.
  • You rely on metrics to track success, identify bottlenecks, and make improvements that drive efficiency.

Commandlink hires individuals in a number of geographic regions and the pay ranges listed reflect the cost of labor across these regions. The base pay for this position as displayed at the bottom of the job description is a range based on our lowest geographic region, up to our highest geographic region. Pay is based on location among other factors, such as skill-set, experience, and qualifications held.

The pay range for this role is:

65,000 - 90,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
