Role Overview:

As a Project Manager within our Service Delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in managing new orders for business customers across our range of services. Unlike traditional approaches, you will take ownership of orders from initiation to completion, eliminating handoffs between departments to enhance the overall customer experience. This role requires effective communication, project management skills, and a deep understanding of telecommunications services. 

This is a Full-Time position. We operate 100% remotely across the US. No travel to customer locations is required. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services.
  • Coordinate with internal and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Regularly communicate with customers, providing clear and consistent updates throughout the entire delivery life cycle
  • Handle tasks such as ordering Internet Circuits, managing Hosted VoIP projects, and overseeing number porting processes.
  • Document dependencies and priorities clearly for efficient project execution.
  • Utilize hands-on delivery experience to drive successful outcomes for each project.
  • Demonstrate expertise in SDWAN Implementation, VoIP porting, and Internet circuit ordering with various carriers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management
  • Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with carriers
  • Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly 
  • Proficient in effectively managing third-party resources
