About your new role:


The Channel Director – Enterprise Network Sales at Command|Link is a highly driven, strategic sales leader with direct experience selling complex enterprise network solutions through the Channel. You’ll use your deep understanding of enterprise network technologies, alongside your established Channel relationships, to accelerate Command|Link’s growth by sourcing, developing, and closing high-value opportunities.


This role is perfect for someone who not only understands the Channel Partner Ecosystem but also brings a strong background in enterprise-grade network services—including SD-WAN, MPLS, DIA, UCaaS, and Managed Security. You'll focus on building strategic partnerships, especially with master agents and subagents serving large enterprise customers, and guide them through the full sales lifecycle.


This is a Full-Time, 100% Remote position with travel as needed


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with VP of Sales and Leadership to develop a go-to-market strategy tailored to enterprise network services, aligning on aggressive growth and revenue goals. 
  • Drive enterprise-focused sales efforts, consistently exceeding quota and delivering high-value deals through the Channel. 
  • Use your existing network of master agents, technology advisors, and enterprise-focused partners to uncover and close large-scale network opportunities. 
  • Own the entire sales cycle—from identifying enterprise prospects to conducting technical solution presentations and closing business. 
  • Develop proposals that speak to the needs of enterprise clients, showcasing Command|Link’s differentiated network portfolio. 
  • Onboard and educate subagents on complex enterprise networking solutions and the Command|Link value proposition. 
  • Deliver consultative training and support to Channel Partners to increase their effectiveness in selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts. 
  • Drive pipeline development, partner engagement, and lead conversion strategies in collaboration with marketing and technical teams. 
  • Stay informed on industry trends in enterprise networking, proactively incorporating new ideas into sales strategies. 

What you'll need for success:


  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise network services (SD-WAN, Ethernet, MPLS, UCaaS, DIA, or similar) through indirect/Channel models.
  • Proven success in a “hunter/seller” role, particularly within the enterprise segment (1,000+ employee organizations).
  • Strong background in Channel Management, with experience activating and enabling master agents and their subagent ecosystems.
  • A strategic and consultative sales mindset with a deep understanding of enterprise IT priorities and infrastructure demands.
  • Established relationships with relevant Partner Channels, MSPs, VARs, and consultants operating in the enterprise space.
  • Highly proficient with sales tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills—able to clearly articulate technical value to both sales and IT audiences.
  • Bonus: Experience leading technical training sessions or partner enablement programs.

Commandlink hires individuals in a number of geographic regions and the pay ranges listed reflect the cost of labor across these regions. The base pay for this position as displayed at the bottom of the job description is a range based on our lowest geographic region, up to our highest geographic region. Pay is based on location among other factors, such as skill-set, experience, and qualifications held.


Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $150,000+.

The pay range for this role is:

70,000 - 125,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
