This is a 100% remote position

About the Role
We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our globally distributed team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for supporting employees across all aspects of IT — from resolving helpdesk tickets to managing device setup and administration.

 

While this is an international position, you’ll be expected to align your working hours with U.S. time zones to support our team effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day IT support across the company, including general IT troubleshooting and helpdesk support.
  • Set up and configure laptops for new hires, ensuring security, compliance, and readiness from day one.
  • Manage and support Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
  • Administer and monitor Pulseway for proactive system management and support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both MacOS and Windows environments.
  • Resolve software, hardware, and network issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and best practices to improve support processes.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure consistent IT standards and practices.

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
  • Strong background in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Hands-on experience supporting both MacOS and Windows environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune administration.
  • Experience with Pulseway or similar remote monitoring/management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support users remotely across time zones.
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with U.S. business hours.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting SaaS environments (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding processes in distributed teams.
  • IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Apple, etc.).
