About your new role:


CommandLink is seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Manager with a proven track record of driving successful lead generation strategies and team leadership. In this role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing our lead generation program to fuel business growth. Your efforts will ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality prospects and create a strong foundation for our sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Design, refine, and execute processes and workflows to identify, qualify, and nurture leads effectively.
  • Build, train, and lead a high-performing lead generation team.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns and strategies to maximize lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment of efforts.
  • Leverage tools, technologies, and data insights to improve lead generation performance.
  • Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership, showcasing progress and areas for improvement.

  • Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and external client interactions.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Commandlink hires individuals in a number of geographic regions and the pay ranges listed reflect the cost of labor across these regions. The base pay for this position as displayed at the bottom of the job description is a range based on our lowest geographic region, up to our highest geographic region. Pay is based on location among other factors, such as skill-set, experience, and qualifications held.


Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $175,000+.
