🌟 About the role

As an B2B Outbound Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our expansion into new markets by engaging and educating small business owners on how Community Phone can transform their operations, save them money, and grow their business. 


This is a fast-paced, entry-level sales role ideal for those ready to work hard, think creatively, and lay the groundwork for strong relationships with potential customers. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and facilitating purchases as the front line of our b2b sales team.


🚀 You will...

  • Generate Leads: Identify and call 200-300 small business prospects daily to build yourself a pipeline of leads.
  • Prospect: Develop tailored messaging to resonate with diverse business types, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Run Experiments: Test new outreach methods, analyze results, and adapt quickly to improve performance among industry targets.
  • Qualify Leads: Engage decision-makers in meaningful conversations to identify whether Community Phone is a good fit for their business needs.
  • Send Quotes: Send over custom quotes or provide qualified leads with online checkout links to pick a business phone plan. 
  • Follow-Up & Follow-Through: Organize your leads at various stages of their interest level so you can follow-up with quotes in a timely manner and follow-through with nurture efforts for leads who are not yet ready to buy.  
  • Gather Feedback: Gather insights from conversations with prospects and share feedback with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine strategies and offerings.
  • Master CRMs: Keep meticulous records of your interactions and progress using our CRM to manage leads and track metrics.
