Be instrumental in developing future leaders as well as planning for the opening of new Compass Coffee locations
As a District Manager, you have:
Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
Successfully trained and coached Supervisors and Managers
2+ years of retail experience within the coffee industry, managing 3 or more locations, inventory, operations, and customer service
3+ years of management experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-oriented role
A bachelor's degree.

A bachelor's degree, 4 years honorable discharge US Military, or 4 years management experience
Basic Qualifications
Able to commute to any Compass café for meetings and trainings
The pay range for this role is:
100,000 - 130,000 USD per year (1401 Okie)
