About the role

Comply is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to own and continuously improve the Salesforce platform that powers our entire go-to-market motion. You’ll be the owner and steward of the Salesforce platform. Day to day, you’ll configure, secure, and continuously improve the org through building Flows, reports, and dashboards; safeguarding data integrity; and translating messy requests from Sales, RevOps, Finance, and CX into clean, scalable solutions. You’ll lead customization and implementation projects end to end, from requirements through deployment and adoption, and keep quote-to-cash, CPQ, and integrated systems humming. You’ll also stay ahead of Salesforce releases and adopting what’s worth it and retiring what isn’t.

You’ll love this role if you enjoy being the go-to Salesforce expert, translating business needs into elegant solutions, and continuously improving the systems teams rely on.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain, configure, and enhance Salesforce (Ex. Flows, users, permission sets, roles, and workflows).
  • Manage source-driven change management from sandbox to production using a CI/CD tool (Gearset, Copado, or SFDX).
  • Own data accuracy across CPQ and billing objects and monitor revenue-impacting integrations (Ironclad, Celigo) for quote-to-cash.
  • Build reports and dashboards, plus revenue reporting for Finance and RevOps.
  • Lead customization and implementation projects end to end, with clear documentation and requirements gathering.
  • Own the security model — least-privilege permission sets, MFA, and field-level security — plus data governance, dedup, and audit trails.
  • Provide training and support, and track Salesforce releases to recommend improvements.

What success looks like in your first 90 days

  • You’ve audited the current org and stabilized data integrity and key workflows.
  • You’re the trusted point of contact for Salesforce requests across GTM teams.

What you’ll bring

Must-have

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with strong platform knowledge.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (Certified or Advanced Administrator).
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Flow, and Tableau, and with CPQ, Ironclad, and Celigo.
  • Experience with source-driven deployment / CI/CD (Gearset, Copado, or SFDX).
  • Data governance and security-model experience (permission sets, field-level security, MFA).
  • Experience leading projects with GTM stakeholders, with strong documentation and requirements-gathering.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with M&A, data/system migrations, and compliance/audit practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce AI (Einstein/Agentforce) and AI-assisted admin work.
