As a Patient Services Coordinator at CPO, you'll be at the forefront of delivering efficient, effective, and compassionate patient service. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our patients and their loved ones have a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Here's what you'll be doing:


Key Responsibilities:


Create Welcoming Environments: Cultivate a safe and positive space for our guests, ensuring our clinics are organized and clean to provide a comfortable experience. Extend warm and prompt greetings to patients and their loved ones, making them feel valued and welcomed from the outset.

Strong Interpersonal Skills: Build meaningful connections with patients, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and patience throughout their journey.

Effective Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and concise interactions with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Guiding Patients: Assist patients to the appropriate treatment rooms with care and professionalism, providing support every step of the way.

Administrative Proficiency: Utilize your knowledge of standard office equipment to handle tasks such as scheduling, registration, billing, and data entry efficiently. Present and explain enrollment and financial responsibility documents to patients with empathy and understanding. Obtain, and record copies of insurance cards and photo identification in Patient Management System. Obtain signatures for regulatory compliance documents, such as Supplier Standards and HIPAA Documents, and maintain accurate records. Plus, additional tasks as required to complete the job efficiently.

Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with referral sources and internal teams to collect necessary documentation and ensure seamless care delivery to our patients.

Requirements

Physical Requirements: Demonstrate the ability to lift at least 50 pounds.


Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a related setting.

Preferred understanding of medical reimbursement and basic medical terminology.

Teamwork and collaboration skills

Eligibility to work in the United States.

The pay range for this role is:

18 - 18 USD per hour (Arlington Heights)
