About the role

Concept Plus is seeking an experienced Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) Subject Matter Expert to lead the setup, configuration, and optimization of the Oracle Guided Learning digital adoption platform. The SME will be responsible for implementing in-application guidance, enabling user adoption, and ensuring seamless integration with Oracle Cloud applications. This role requires deep functional knowledge of OGL, strong Oracle Cloud experience, and the ability to translate business processes into effective guided learning content

What you'll do

• Configure, administer, and maintain the Oracle Guided Learning platform for government Oracle Cloud environment
• Implement in-application guidance, including guided tours, walkthroughs, tooltips, and contextual learning content
• Support Oracle Cloud modules such as HCM, ERP, SCM, CX, or other applications as required by the government program
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, functional leads, system integrators, and training teams to gather requirements and align guided learning content with business processes
• Ensure OGL configuration adheres to government security, accessibility, and compliance requirements
• Support testing, user acceptance, and validation activities · Troubleshoot configuration and content issues in coordination with technical teams
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, configuration documentation, and user guides
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to government personnel and system administrators
• Support go-live, stabilization, and ongoing operational support efforts

Qualifications

• US Citizen with ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance.
• Demonstrated experience as an Oracle Guided Learning SME or consultant
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Oracle Guided Learning
• Experience working with Oracle Cloud applications in a government or public-sector environment
• Strong understanding of user adoption, digital learning, and change enablement practices
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical government stakeholders
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise system implementations

Preferred

• Prior experience supporting federal, state, or local government Oracle Cloud implementations
• Oracle Cloud certifications (HCM, ERP, SCM, CX, or related areas)
• Experience with accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508 compliance)
• Familiarity with government security and compliance frameworks
• Experience developing training or learning enablement solutions in regulated environments
