About the role

Concept Plus is seeking a Senior Applications Programmer to serve as a Sustainment Lead or Sustainment Subject Matter Expert (SME). 

What you'll do

• Provides expert level knowledge of sustainment life cycle management activities for programs and project operations. 
• Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts. Develops block diagrams and logic flowcharts. 
• Translates detailed design into computer software. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product. Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.  
• Enhances software to reduce operating time and improve efficiency. 
• Provides technical direction to programmers, as required, to ensure that program deadlines are met. 
• Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. 

Qualifications

• US Citizen with Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology related field 
• Ten (10) years of relevant experience. 
• Expert experience and knowledge of sustainment lifecycle management activities for programs and project operations. 
• Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models. 
• Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.  
• B2B solution utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) available on the Oracle Cloud (OC) as well as OC solutioning for ETL.

• Experience developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models.  
• Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development. 
• Experience as an application programmer on large-scale DBMS, knowledge of computer equipment, and ability to develop complex software to satisfy design objectives. 
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority. 
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
