About the role

We are seeking creative and driven Summer IT Interns to support our corporate and technology functions. This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience and contribute to real-world federal IT challenges and initiatives.

As an IT Intern, you will support projects across that impact our corporate operations and delivery teams. You’ll work closely with IT and project leads to help strengthen IT capabilities across the Concept Plus enterprise.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and execute device migrations, including scheduling and direct communication with end-users.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to device migrations and general IT operations.
• Contribute to infrastructure maintenance tasks, such as patch management and system backups.
• Assist in IT project planning and execution, focusing on efficiency and system improvements.
• Document migration procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Manage time effectively to meet migration deadlines and prioritize daily IT support tasks.

Additional Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of security documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Information Security team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
• Self-starter with attention to detail and a collaborative spirit
• US Citizen
