We provide primary care partners with a comprehensive Collaborative Care solution - therapists as care managers, psychiatric providers as consultants, and the progressive technology needed to treat their patients. Our remote team provides evidence-based interventions to promote accurate diagnoses, symptom reduction, treatment plans, and optimal patient outcomes.


Overview:

We’re looking for an Employee Relations Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to serve as a trusted advisor across the organization. In this role, you’ll lead employee relations efforts, guide performance management conversations, and conduct sensitive investigations—all with a thoughtful, people-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:


Performance Management & Coaching:

  • Partner with managers to address employee performance concerns and draft documentation for progressive discipline.
    Coach leaders through challenging conversations and support them in delivering clear, compassionate feedback.
  • Participate in performance metric reviews and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Support termination conversations with empathy and professionalism.

Lead Fair & Thorough Workplace Investigations:

  • Conduct investigations into concerns related to harassment, discrimination, and policy violations.
    Develop investigation plans, conduct interviews, document findings, and offer recommendations.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all actions align with employment laws and company policies.

Ensure HR Compliance & Drive Best Practices: 

  • Support ADA interactive processes, leaves of absence, and multi-state compliance initiatives.
  • Keep policies aligned with changing regulations and support leaders in applying them consistently.
  • Partner with the broader People Ops team to ensure a fair, inclusive, and legally compliant work environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
    1–5 years of experience in employee relations, HR management, or performance coaching.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and care.
  • Strong understanding of federal employment law and general knowledge of state-level requirements.
  • Skilled in documentation, data analysis, and communicating insights clearly to various stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and a calm, confident approach in high-stakes conversations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep experience with workplace investigations and high-volume case management.
  • Familiarity with ADA, FMLA, and evolving compliance requirements across states.
    Experience working in startups or fast-growing organizations.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong ability to gather and document information accurately.
  • Experience in conducting thorough workplace investigations.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills for advising management.
  • Familiarity with performance management and progressive discipline processes.
  • Knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act and related compliance requirements.
