Compensation:

  • We offer a variable model that includes base salary plus performance driven bonuses.
  • Base salary is factored on budgets, licensure level, and geographic location paid on a biweekly basis.
    • Licensed Clinician requiring supervision located in the state of Texas: $57,000 - $71,000.
    • Licensed Clinician that does not require supervision located in the state of Texas: $69,000 - $78,000.
  • Performance driven incentives can range from $860 to $2,200 based on data supportive targets paid on a monthly basis.
    • Entry into the plan will begin on the first of the month following three months of completed service (month 4).
    • You will receive a $500/month stipend for your first three months of employment.
    • To ensure all employees are aware of their performance against their targets, and have full visibility into their variable compensation, regular 1:1 meetings will be required with their direct supervisor.
  • Estimated Total Compensation: $67,320 - $104,400.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Clinician is a core member of the Collaborative Care team involving the patient's primary care provider, psychiatric consultant, and other behavioral health providers. The Licensed Clinician provides evidence-based interventions using the Collaborative Care Model to promote system reduction and optimal patient outcomes. They use a world-class technology platform to provide brief interventions using evidence-based techniques such as Problem Solving Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Behavioral Activation in Primary Care, Family Practice, and OBGYN settings.

Schedule: 

  • Full time, Monday through Friday.
  • Need to be able to work at least three (3) evening shifts: 11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm Central Time.

Required Education, Licensure, and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work an accredited program.
  • Licensed to practice in your state as an associate clinician under supervision of a licensed clinician (LMSW or equivalent) OR
  • Licensed to practice license in your state as an independent clinician (LCSW or equivalent) AND
  • Able to complete cross-licensing in Texas within three months of employment. Concert Health will cover the cost.

Highly Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches (Problem-Solving Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Behavioral Activation).
  • Expertise in handling higher-acuity patients/situations.
  • Technical proficiency in a variety of platforms including EHRs, ability to quickly learn new technology.
  • Knowledge of/experience with behavioral health screening tools (PHQ9, GAD7, CSSRS, etc).

Selection Process: Three Stages

  • Qualified candidates will be scheduled for a 30-minute virtual interview to discuss their experience, qualifications, base salary expectations, and an overview of Concert Health’s Collaborative Care Model.
  • Qualified candidates will be scheduled for a 30-minute virtual assessment interview analyzing the competencies required for the role.
  • Qualified candidates with the required experience, qualifications, and base salary expectations will be scheduled for a 45-minute virtual interview with Clinical Leaders.
  • Estimated Completion Time: Two Weeks.
