In this role you will design and implement the complete revenue strategy - from marketing through customer success - creating a unified customer journey that capitalizes on our position as the category leader in AI-powered preconstruction technology.
Every day you will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to build and optimize our go-to-market motion, develop our team, and create scalable processes that drive adoption of our platform across different market segments.
To thrive in this role you must combine strategic vision with operational excellence, bringing proven experience scaling early-stage SaaS companies from single-digit millions to double-digit millions in revenue through sophisticated market segmentation and talent development.

The Head of Sales will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for building and leading the entire revenue organization through our next phase of growth. This role requires a sophisticated leader who can develop and execute strategies across marketing, sales, and customer success while building high-performing teams in a remote environment.
