·       8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a technical leadership or staff-level role.

·       Deep expertise in hybrid cloud architectures, including Azure and private data center deployments.

·       Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Python, or Java.

·       Extensive experience with document processing, fax protocols, and healthcare data formats (e.g., PDF, TIFF, HL7, FHIR).

·       Proven track record of delivering secure, compliant, and scalable systems in regulated industries.

·       Strong understanding of containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Bicep, Terraform).

·       Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage.

·       Familiarity with healthcare interoperability platforms and standards.
