Job Title: FP&A - Associate/Senior Associate

Job Location: Teynampet, Chennai

Shift: US Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic FP&A Associate/Senior Associate with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis within a mid-size or large organization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in delivering weekly flash reports, monthly business review presentations, and scenario-based financial simulations, especially for new SaaS product pricing. Exposure to the mortgage industry will be considered a strong advantage.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 ·       Prepare and analyze finance flash reports for multiple business segments, identifying key performance indicators and trends.

·       Prepare monthly business review reports including variance analysis and performance insights

·       Develop and simulate various pricing models for new SaaS offerings, incorporating cost structures, market benchmarks, and profitability metrics.

·       Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to align forecasts and pricing with business goals.

·       Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes with detailed variance analysis.

·       Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth.

·       Assist in the development of dashboards and KPIs to support strategic decision-making.

·       Monitor and report on financial performance vs. targets, highlighting risks and opportunities.

·       Assist in the automation and standardization of reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, or other BI tools.

 

Required skills and qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.

·       Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

·       Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·       Flexibility to work in US Shift timing

·       Mortgage industry experience is a significant advantage.
