The base pay for this position will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements. Compensation decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, and this role may also qualify for performance-based incentives in addition to the base salary.
Although this posting is based in Charlotte, NC, we are open to candidates from other major East Coast hubs, including Atlanta, Washington, D.C., and the NY Metro area.
Key Responsibilities
Practice Leadership and Development

- Serve as the face of client engagements, overseeing all aspects of delivery to ensure exceptional results that exceed client expectations.
- Drive internal knowledge-sharing and training initiatives to advance regulatory capabilities across the firm.
- Define market-leading offerings and capabilities by integrating innovative tools, frameworks, and insights into practice strategy.
Market Expertise and Thought Leadership
- Establish Eclipse Consulting Group as a recognized leader in Risk and Regulatory Compliance through publications, panel participation, and thought leadership.
- Stay at the forefront of regulatory developments (e.g., FRB, FDIC, OCC, SEC) to provide clients with actionable insights and forward-thinking solutions.
- Cultivate a strong professional reputation, leveraging your existing network to deepen client relationships and expand the firm’s presence in key markets.
Revenue Growth and Business Development
- Leverage your network and reputation to develop a robust pipeline of opportunities, focusing on acquiring new client logos and expanding existing relationships.
- Achieve annual sales production targets by positioning the practice as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative solutions, strategic alliances, and delivery of measurable results.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure the practice achieves 60% utilization within six months while maintaining top-tier client satisfaction.

- 10+ years of experience in risk and regulatory compliance, with demonstrated success in leadership roles.
- Extensive experience managing large-scale consulting engagements and delivering measurable results.
Travel Requirements: 15-20%.
