Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end programs across multiple business, technology, and operations teams within Financial Services.
- Develop and manage program artifacts including RAID logs, project charters, workplans, governance routines, and steering committee materials.
- Coordinate closely with time-constrained or bandwidth-limited stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and timely progress.
- Drive alignment across global regions and cross-functional teams, particularly for enterprise-wide or global initiatives.
- Manage critical dependencies, facilitate decisions, escalate issues appropriately, and ensure accountability across workstreams.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships within the first 30–60 days, establishing trust and credibility at all levels.
- Facilitate meetings, secure decisions and sign-offs, and ensure program milestones remain on track.
- Maintain alignment across data, process, and technology streams, ensuring cohesive and coordinated delivery.
- Navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and organizational resistance with persistence and professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5–10+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Senior Consulting roles.
- Prior experience in Financial Services, ideally within capital markets, wholesale banking, asset management, or risk/regulatory environments.
- Proven consulting background with strong client-facing skills, executive communication, and the ability to manage up to Directors, MDs, and global stakeholders.
- Strong experience running complex programs with multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and distributed stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage governance artifacts (charters, status decks, RAID logs, etc.).
- Ability to influence without authority, resolve conflicts, and move stakeholders toward decisions.
- Highly persistent, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex issues into clear, actionable updates.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to drive structure in unstructured environments.

Compensation: $70–$90/hour (C2C)
