We’re growing our sales team and looking for Sales Executives with experience selling B2B software products - preferably in the Learning & Development space. As an Sales Executive at Continu, you’ll be tasked with selling a technically complex product to a broad range of business functions including HR, Sales, as well as Learning & Development. You’ll be a critical part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and evangelizing our platform to key stakeholders.


You’ll be a fit for this role if you value collaboration, love to learn (we are a learning company, after all), have deep experience selling at a high level, and are willing to constantly challenge yourself and the status quo.


As a Sales Executive at Continu, you will:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close in a complex sales environment
  • Be a value-based seller, ensuring quality in all areas of your sales cycles and 
  • You must be comfortable generating your pipeline and hunting for new business 
  • Navigate procurement cycles and ensure Continu is being represented fairly
  • Lead interactive product demonstrations to key stakeholders
  • Own your monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets and always strive to exceed them
  • Leverage and coordinate with cross-functional internal teams to navigate complex sales cycles
  • Lead compelling demonstration of Continu’s product and vision and build effective business cases for a broad range of audiences (from C-level executives to middle managers)
  • Influence and contribute to foundational sales strategy and approach

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience selling to companies with 1,000 to 10,000+ employees as a Sales Executive in a SaaS sales role (preferably within the L&D space) with a documented and proven record of consistent quota attainment during your sales career.
  • Excellent Communication skills and Attention to Detail: Ability to write a great email and present product demonstrations to a range of stakeholders
  • You’re Hungry - Grit, energy, and drive to succeed in an ever-changing environment
  • You have excellent time management skills: You get sh*t done, manage your time accordingly, and act with a sense of urgency
  • You have experience with both inbound and outbound pipeline and are comfortable prospecting and building your own book of business using email, the phone, or social
  • You sell value and not features - you understand the needs of the prospective customer and show them how Continu can solve their pain points. You have a highly consultative approach to sales.
  • You’ve worked in a similar fast-paced,  team environment and understand the need to wear multiple hats
  • Flexible, coachable, and willing to make adjustments on the fly
  • Cross-functional in nature and able to correctly collaborate with others across the organization to ensure success

Estimated On Target Earnings (OTE) of $250,000 - $300,000 per year with the ability to exceed this number for overperformance of quota. In addition to salary, all full-time employees are eligible for a robust benefits package and flexible PTO.


Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and we use a variety of external benchmarking tools to establish them. Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skill set, location, expected output in the role, balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company, and ensuring there is adequate room for salary growth within the role.
