We’re looking for a Resource Developer who thrives on puzzles, patterns, and pushing limits. This is your chance to design the homework questions, mock exams, and clever challenges that separate the best from the best — and give students the edge they can’t find in generic prep materials.

Who are we

We empower students and their studies by providing an ecosystem of highly effective tutoring, resources and support. We run weekly small-group tutoring sessions at our in-person campuses, presented by young and experienced tutors that teach in a simple, intuitive and engaging way. We also supplement these sessions with weekly workshops, complimentary 1-on-1 support and a learning portal with a comprehensive suite of resources and practice material to help students master their subjects.

What You’ll Do

• Design with rigour → Create engaging, exam-style questions across Maths, English, and Writing.
• Raise the bar → Develop problems that build confidence and test higher-order thinking.
• Refine with data → Analyse performance feedback to sharpen and perfect resources.
• Collaborate smartly → Work with tutors to align resources with teaching and strategy.

What You'll Bring

• High ATAR with 40+ study scores in Maths and English (or equivalent high achievement).
• Strong writing and problem-solving chops.
• Currently studying at or graduated from uni (double majors or academic awards a plus).
• A long-term vision to grow with the program (NDA + non-compete required).
• Prior involvement in startup environments, program building, or growth initiatives

Bonus points for experience in curriculum design, assessment writing, or competitive exam prep.

What You'll Get

• $33–36/hr + super (resource development)
• Role Start: in-person Onboarding in Melbourne CBD in mid-October.
• Program Start: 24 November 2025
• 8–15 hrs/week resource development + 2–4 hrs data review
