Content Marketing Manager

Description


We’re looking for a creative and strategic Content Marketing Manager to help shape our voice and storytelling. You’ll write punchy, engaging, and conversion-driven content across our website, ads, social media, and more — all while playing a key role in building a content engine that supports growth and student impact.


Who are we


We empower students and their studies by providing an ecosystem of highly effective tutoring, resources and support. We run weekly small-group tutoring sessions at our in-person campuses, presented by young and experienced tutors that teach in a simple, intuitive and engaging way. We also supplement these sessions with weekly workshops, complimentary 1-on-1 support and a learning portal with a comprehensive suite of resources and practice material to help students master their subjects.

What you'll do

  • Craft written content across our website, emails, social media, landing pages, and ads
  • Build and maintain a clear content calendar with strong execution rhythm
  • Optimise all content for clarity, performance, and SEO
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to turn ideas into compelling marketing stories
  • Write and test ad copy for Meta and Google platforms
  • Monitor performance data and adapt content strategy accordingly

Academic Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Portfolio or writing samples showcasing digital content or campaign success

Personal Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on content marketing or copywriting experience
  • Comfortable with Google Ads and Meta Ads (for writing & managing copy)
  • Confident using CMS tools (e.g. WordPress or Webflow)
  • Understands marketing funnel stages and how content drives outcomes
  • Strong time management skills with ability to manage competing deadlines
